Customer Support Agent

We’re looking for Customer Support Agents to join our growing team. Whether it’s helping customers switch to a better mortgage rate or supporting them through important life changes, you’ll be making a real difference every day. And no sales — just outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer queries by phone and email
  • Supporting customers with administration including repayments, building work, or probate
  • Managing your workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Delivering exceptional service — we’re proud of our 4.5 Trustpilot rating
  • Strong IT skills (Outlook & Word essential; Excel & Adobe a bonus)
  • Customer service experience, ideally phone-based
  • Ability to multi-task, stay organised and meet deadlines
  • Experience in financial services or mortgages is a plus (not essential)
