Customer Service Agent

Are you a people person who enjoys talking to customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients Customer Service Team on a temporary basis!

Previous telephone experience is essential!

This role is on a 5/7 rota (Weekends included!)

Overview

• Location: Snodland
• Salary: £12.75 per hour
• Hours: 9 hours between 8am and 8pm
• Contract: 2 Month Temporary with potential to be ongoing
• Work pattern: Wednesday-Sunday (Weekends included)

Key Responsibilities

• Be part of a dynamic team handling up to 1,000 calls per day.
• Take orders, assist clients, and offer promotional deals.
• Ensure exceptional service and customer satisfaction with every call.
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently while providing friendly and professional support.
