The role involves booking customer cars for repair, preparing job cards, and providing progress reports while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in customer service and must hold a full UK Manual Driving Licence. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join the UK’s leading Accident and Collision Repair specialists at our busy site.
As part of a team of Customer Service Advisors, you will be the face of our Bodyshops. Your responsibilities include booking customer cars for repair, preparing job cards, providing vehicle progress reports, arranging courtesy cars, and handling financial transactions with attention to banking/security and insurance excess payments. A full UK Manual Driving Licence is required.
You will liaise directly with customers, the bodyshop, and third parties to ensure an excellent customer experience.
