Life as a Customer Service Agent
Our branches are busy, fast-paced environments. You will be the first point of contact for customers, confidently delivering excellent service with a smile. You will manage multiple tasks such as sourcing vehicles, resolving rental queries, administering customer accounts, and overseeing vehicle movements.
No previous industry or vehicle rental experience is required as our proven induction training will prepare you. You will need strong customer service skills, administrative abilities, and a calm, 'can-do' attitude, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence.
