Overview
We are hiring full-time Customer Service Advisors within our Homes Direct Servicing team in Bradford. The starting package is £26,420, made up of a base salary of £24,000 plus a £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1,920 discretionary performance-related bonus. The role offers hybrid working with an initial fully-paid training programme on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks, after which there may be opportunities to work from home. A flexible working request (e.g., part-time hours) may be considered. The role is based in Bradford and requires attendance in the office as described below.
Shifts are scheduled within our opening hours: 08:00-18:00 Monday-Friday and 09:00-14:00 Saturday (lieu days will be given when working Saturdays). You will work 35 hours per week.

Responsibilities
- Handling customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. When trained, opportunity to support via Live Chat as well.
- Inspiring customers to embrace our digital evolution and choose how they interact with us.
- Keeping customers and the bank safe by identifying vulnerability and detecting potential fraud.
- Collating information accurately to resolve customer queries at first point of contact.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive computer and numeracy skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service, listening to customer needs, and delivering great outcomes.
