As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll make a difference to every person who walks through our centres, whether through a warm welcome or by selling memberships to enhance their lifestyle.
Our Customer Service Advisors respond to enquiries and convert them into memberships. They are often the first point of contact for customers; you'll answer phones, handle transactions, deal with queries, and participate in outreach projects. Your focus will be on ensuring our customer service level remains high at all times.
