STARK Building Materials UK, one of the UK's largest retailers and distributors of building and construction materials, are on the hunt for a Yard/Warehouse Operative who's as passionate about great service as we are.

Hours: 07:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Location: Forde Road, Newton Abbot, TQ12 4AD

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and plotting Timber Materials for Jewson's Major housebuilding customers
• Pick and load Curtain sider vehicles safely and efficiently using a Fork Lift Truck or Sider Loader
• Maintain and observe Health & Safety and housekeeping standards at all times
• Working in warehouse environment, cleaning as you go.
• Ensuring all routine checks are completed accurately within the designated timeframe
• Achieve and contribute to Health and Safety targets
• Contribute to overall customer service and satisfaction
• Commit to learning and developing within the role

Required Skills And Experience

• Confident working both indoors and outdoors, with a strong focus on H&S
• Comfortable in a role involving manual handling of bulky items with the use of a Fork Lift Truck or Side Loader
