The Role

Customer Service Advisor - Utilities

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm (40 Hours)

Salary: £12.60 per hour

To manage telephone calls from our clients' customer base, with a view to assisting them with their enquiries. These enquiries may include account queries, escalated customer complaints, account payments, setting up direct debits and any other general enquiries.


  1. Requesting payments, setting up direct debits and instalment plans.
  2. Identify and resolve customer issues and escalate where required.
  3. Handle and manage customer complaints from start to resolution, ensuring the customer is at the forefront of customer care provided.

Managing both inbound and outbound debt recovery efforts.

You will receive several weeks of full paid training on our systems, products, and call handling.

Minimum Requirements
  1. Experience of working in a high-volume customer contact environment.
  2. Experience of working in a target driven environment.
  3. Ability to adapt and learn.
  4. Communication and listening skills.
  5. Computer literacy.
