  • Position: Customer Service Advisor
  • Hours: Monday – Friday – 8am – 5pm
  • Job Type: Temporary – 4 months

This is a temporary full time position working as a Customer Service Advisor we are looking for someone with exceptional organisational skills and experience using the Microsoft suite.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support to all departments
  • Speaking with tenants who require repairs
  • Scheduling contractors
  • Checking information on the system
  • Challenging any issues with providers
  • Handling a high number of callS

Skills required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft – Especially Excel
  • Good Communication
  • Great telephone manner
  • Experience in social housing
