Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Position

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's vibrant team. Discover the latest in luxurious shoes and handbags while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Location

Conveniently located just 5 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus train station.

Contract Type

Temporary until December

Schedule

9:00 am to 5:30 pm - Monday to Friday

Working Model

Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home) - During training, you may spend more time in the office to benefit from personalised training sessions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with inquiries and purchases during the exciting summer sale.
  • Provide detailed product information and support.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills that shine through in every interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges head-on.
  • A knack for working independently as well as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software to enhance customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
