Customer Service Advisor - Temporary Position

Join Our Team as a Customer Service Advisor!

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to work with a luxury retail brand during their busy summer period?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our client's vibrant team. You will have the opportunity to explore the latest in luxurious shoes and handbags while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Location: Just a 5-minute walk from Oxford Circus train station.

Contract Type: 30 hours per week (4-day workweek)

Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm

Working Model: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 2 days remote). During training, more time may be spent in the office for personalized sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries and purchases during the summer sale.
• Provide detailed product information and support.
• Resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless sales processes.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
