Job description

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor


LOCATION: Rural Ashford (must be able to drive to location)


SALARY: £12.60ph


TERM: 5 Weeks (possible extension)


HOURS: Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)


START: Immediately


Office Angels is proud to be working with this local business in their search for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a temporary position starting ASAP.


The day-to-day duties in this role include:

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support across various departmental functions.
  2. Logging, monitoring, and ensuring timely follow-up of complaints until resolution.
  3. Managing and responding to incoming emails with clarity and professionalism.
  4. Drafting and utilising standardised template responses to ensure consistency and efficiency in communication.
  5. Engaging with members of the public to uphold and promote our client's reputation for excellence.
