At Dean & Wood, we are one of the UK’s leading refrigeration and air conditioning wholesalers, with 17 branches nationwide. We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team at our Preston branch.

What does the role involve?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing fast and efficient responses to sales enquiries, resolving queries, and ensuring every customer experience is seamless. You’ll also contribute to building lasting customer loyalty while supporting the team with sales and trade counter responsibilities.

What we’re looking for:

  • A flexible, team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Confidence using computers and managing customer orders across a diverse product range.
  • Relevant experience in customer service or sales is an advantage but not essential—full training will be provided.
  • Refrigeration and air conditioning industry experience would be beneficial, but not essential

The Details:

  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm)
  • Location: Preston branch
  • Salary: £26,010
  • Holidays: 25 days plus all bank holidays, increasing by 1 day annually (up to 30 days).
