Job Description:

Our Site Manager is looking to recruit an experienced and reliable Customer Services Advisor, to strengthen our dedicated and friendly customer services team who put our customers at the heart of everything they do.

In this role, you will assist both internal and external customers regarding parcel collection or delivery.

You will work closely with Drivers, Shift Managers, and Operations Managers to identify issues, proactively solve problems, and take ownership of resolving these issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering queries related to delivery status and providing Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Conducting investigations for missing parcels and resolving delivery disputes
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and rapport-building ability
  • Polite, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations
  • Excellent administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with initiative and problem-solving skills
