Employment Type: Full-time, Office-based

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Salary: £27,000 per annum

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be part of the team that is the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain and update online property advertisements.
  • Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists.
  • Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence.
  • Upload property photos, certificates, and reports.
  • Input expenses from maintenance contractors
  • Assist with general office administration.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch.
  • Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work.
  • Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
