The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor & Office Administrator, you will be part of the team that is the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update online property advertisements.
- Follow up with prospective tenants and manage waiting lists.
- Process data entry, update records, and manage email correspondence.
- Upload property photos, certificates, and reports.
- Input expenses from maintenance contractors
- Assist with general office administration.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate key dispatch.
- Notify tenants of upcoming maintenance work.
- Support senior management with administrative tasks as needed.
Candidate Profile

- Strong telephone and communication skills.
- Confidence in handling customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
