Customer Service Specialist - Nordics Language Required!

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! A very close client of mine we have successfully supported for a few years now, is on the lookout for a Nordics Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Kingston.

  • Located in Kingston, working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday

  • Salary Range: £28,000 - £32,000 annually

  • Work Flexibility: Remote working until November, hybrid thereafter which includes 2 days at home

Your Role:


As the Nordic Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering world-class customer service excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Building and managing relationships with customers to drive business growth.

  • Proactively managing customer queries and ensuring timely resolutions.

  • Collaborating with sales, technical, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Monitoring stock levels and ensuring customers are well-informed about product offerings.

  • Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring a service-minded approach.


What We are Looking For:


To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:



  • Language Proficiency: Ideally fluent in at least one Nordic language and English

  • Experience: Strong customer service skills

  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of Windows Office and CRM; proficiency in technology is essential.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to communicate at all levels, manage conflict, and build relationships.

  • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated initiative and a "Can do" attitude.
