The Customer Service Advisor will provide exceptional service to our users, working with well-known and smaller organisations across charity, third sector, and government sectors. Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding, supporting, and advising customers requiring diverse information, advice, and guidance.
  • Providing telephone and multi-channel support with professionalism, adhering to all relevant processes, procedures, and legislation.
  • Meeting or exceeding Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Providing accurate, meaningful, and consistent information to support customers.
  • Listening patiently, empathising, and demonstrating a genuine desire to help.
  • Maintaining Customer Records Management (CRM) system with accurate data input and record keeping.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously seeking service improvements and embracing change.
  • Researching effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Operating in compliance with company policies, HR practices, and regulations including PCI, GDPR, ISO standards.
  • Proven experience in supporting roles, teamwork, data collection, IT literacy, workload planning, excellent communication, decision-making, empathy, complaint resolution, and emotional resilience.
