  • Location: Natwest/Ulster Bank, Belfast City Centre - office-based training and grad bay (7 weeks). Hybrid work after training. Great public transport links!
  • Shifts: Full time, 40 hours/week, between 07:00 and 01:00
  • Training Duration: 3 weeks onsite training, 4 weeks grad bay onsite
  • Probity Requirements: Credit, Criminal, Sanctions, and Fraud checks; last 2 years employment history and last 5 years address history required

Job Overview
Provide proactive and reactive customer service to ensure clients meet their financial goals and arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service, educating clients on banking options, and completing processes accurately and compliantly to ensure positive experiences.

Take appropriate actions to ensure good customer outcomes, review interactions regularly, and address gaps proactively.

Role as Customer Service Advisor

  • Deliver excellent service, focusing on customer needs and financial goals
  • Educate clients on banking methods and assist in choosing suitable options
  • Complete processes meticulously for seamless customer experiences
