Responsibilities:
  1. Handle customer and third-party mortgage or loan queries and transactions over the phone. Support via Live Chat once fully trained.
  2. Encourage customers to use digital channels for their interactions.
  3. Ensure customer and bank safety by identifying vulnerabilities and potential fraud.
  4. Accurately gather information to resolve customer queries at first contact.
Qualifications:

The essential requirements include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer and numeracy skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Legal right to work in the UK

Preferred qualities include attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:

This role involves full-time hours Monday to Friday, with some Saturday shifts (with time off in lieu). Training is fully paid and on-site for a minimum of weeks. After training, flexible and remote working options are available. The role is based in Teesside, with at least two days per month in the office. We provide free on-site parking.
