Job Description:

Customer Service Advisors required for a Loughborough based, market leading organisation within telecommunications. We require experienced Contact Centre Agents to become integral members of the Customer Service Team, working in Inbound. There will be 2 weeks training - 09:00 - 17:30.

Hours of work are: Monday to Friday (Between 09:00-20:00 Shift Range - 8hr Shift), 1 in every 2 - Saturday 09:00-17:30.

Job Role:
  • Managing inbound calls to the business from clients/customers’ requests.
  • Working towards and aiming to exceed sales expectations.
  • Helping the customer understand the different handsets, deals and network providers on offer.
  • Making sure the customer has the best possible sales journey by giving great advice and all of the options available to them.
  • Building relationships with customers to ensure converting a one-time customer into a customer for life.
  • Deliver a consistent call flow, giving the customer confidence in the information provided.
  • Maximise up selling opportunities whilst ensuring the customer has an informed choice.
  • Uncapped Commission Structure.
