Contract Type: Temporary (with potential for permanent)

What You'll Do:


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring our clients receive the support they need to maximise their experience. Your role will include:




  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries via various channels

  • Resolving issues and providing effective solutions

  • Collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery

  • Keeping customers informed about product features and updates

  • Contributing to a positive and friendly team atmosphere



What We're Looking For:




  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
