This is a full-time, permanent Customer Service Advisor position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. Company perks include a profit share scheme, monthly incentives AND the day off on your birthday!

Responsibilities for this Customer Service Advisor role:

  • Manage client queries regarding their employment documentation
  • Guide clients through all Legal & HR enquiries (phone, email)
  • Drafting legal documentation for clients
  • Servicing clients in a timely and efficient manner
  • Build rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction

Person Specification for this Customer Service Advisor role:

  • A background in HR, Legal, Recruitment, sales, operations or customer service
  • Ability to work to SLA’s and deadlines
  • Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment
  • A dynamic and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work under pressure.
  • Face to face or telephone customer service experience – B2B preferred
  • Ability to learn, research and interpret HR & Employment Law
