The role

offers a daily mix of phone-based customer service and administration work in a busy and friendly office within an expanding and stable organisation.

Customer Service Advisor – duties include:

  • Answer and resolve customer queries and take ownership of the task, via telephone and email.
  • General policy administration.
  • Pro-actively follow up customer enquiries and convert to policies where possible.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is exceeded.
  • Produce high-quality documents and maintain computer records.
  • Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of company products.
  • Ensure company and regulatory policies are complied with.
  • Undertake regular learning and development.
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
  • Experience within a telephone-based or customer-facing/support role.
  • Good general education, including GCSE’s (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
  • Customer-focused – a passion for customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good prioritisation and time management skills along with high accuracy levels.
  • Good IT skills and keen to learn and develop on new systems.
