About You

You will handle a high volume of enquiries, building rapport with potential Foster Parents. Your role involves guiding applicants through fostering benefits, initial screening, and highlighting transferable skills. You will provide additional information and respond to queries promptly. We seek a motivated individual with excellent communication skills over phone and Live Chat, who is enthusiastic, lively, and relationship-oriented. A background in sales is advantageous.

  • Customer Service experience is preferred but not essential
  • Knowledge of fostering or the fostering sector is a plus but not required
