Exciting Opportunity as a Customer Service Advisor (Fleet Care) – Bristol Office
Join our dynamic team in Bristol as a Customer Service Advisor! This role requires working from our Bristol office a minimum of 3 days per week, and 5 days per week during training.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for the Customer Care needs of Fleet Managers across a portfolio of accounts, working both reactively and proactively to own and resolve issues, providing a market-leading customer experience.
- Develop knowledge and expertise in products, processes, and systems to enable maximum effectiveness in role.
- Collaborate with colleagues in 2nd Line Service to understand customer needs and ensure high-quality delivery within SLAs.
- Work with Field Sales to understand customer requirements and attend customer visits when appropriate.
- Manage the renewals process proactively, seeking solutions for customers, driving performance, and exploring account penetration opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with Fleet Managers and collaborate with Account Managers to increase product penetration across the portfolio.
- Ensure all actions comply with TCF obligations and escalate issues to the Customer Support Leadership team when necessary.
- Act responsibly at all times, completing compliance training, maintaining documentation, and keeping manuals updated.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, report writing, and presenting.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to develop others by sharing experience and expertise.
- Previous experience in a Customer Service environment.
