Customer Service Advisor - Fixed Term, Bideford

Employment type: Fixed Term - up until the end of September 2025

Location: Norwich/Bideford - office based

Work Pattern: 20 hours per week - evening and weekend shifts, 5 days per week across Monday-Sunday. 5 week rotation.

As one of our customer service advisors, you'll be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and an expert in responding to emails.

Using your excellent listening and communication skills, you will help customers with their holiday queries and support them throughout their trip, whether that's by helping them find their next adventure, resolving issues with their booking, or just offering advice.
