A housing association in Holywood is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. The role involves providing high-quality telephone support and resolving queries related to various services. Candidates should have customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a good educational background with GCSEs in English and Maths. This is a fixed-term position for 2 years.

The Customer Service Advisor will work as part of a team in the Customer Service Centre providing a high-quality telephone customer service, effectively responding to and resolving all types of calls across the full range of service activity i.e. rents, neighbourhoods, allocations, housing and repairs.

We provide a range of services from sheltered housing for the over 55’s and general needs housing for families and single people, as well as specialist care and support facilities for the frail, elderly, people with dementia and learning disabilities and other complex needs.
