Evening Customer Service Advisor

Metrorod/Metroplumb


Fully remote role with training at our Macclesfield Support Centre. Must be able to attend in person for training.


Salary: £12.86 per hour


Schedule: 4 on 4 off rota, with shifts from 5-9pm, 6-10pm, or 7-11pm, four nights per week, then four days off.


This role is ideal for those seeking to increase their income or who can only work outside regular hours.


Metro Rod works with clients like Tesco, Marks and Spencer, Mitie, Clarion, Axa, Wetherspoons, and others across FM, Social Housing, Property Management, Retail, Industrial, and Leisure sectors. Established over 40 years ago, part of Franchise Brands, a fast-growing group.


Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and Metro Plumb provide drain clearance and maintenance services across the UK, trusted by major companies for quality and customer satisfaction. Our services include drain unblocking and maintenance, with additional brands Willow Pumps and Filta focusing on sewage pumps and kitchen solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service to various clients
  • Respond promptly to orders, inquiries, and complaints, troubleshooting issues and providing detailed information
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client information in the system
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate client data
  • Adhere to service level agreements
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior management
