This role offers a salary of £26,350 per annum, with a discretionary bonus scheme where you could earn an additional £1,400 per year, starting from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing order updates and support
- Process customer orders and perform fraud checks
- Liaise with third-party providers for order fulfilment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- React promptly to delivery issues and claims
- Work towards delivery deadlines, ensuring timely dispatch
- Collaborate with warehouse and manage multiple online platforms (Amazon, eBay, PayPal, Klarna)
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service office environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Team player with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Zendesk and online selling platforms is a plus
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
Additional Details:
- Employment type: Full-time, Entry level
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (flexible shifts), weekends on a rotating basis
