Warrington Borough Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a fixed-term role to deliver high-quality services to the community. The position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, with responsibilities including direct interaction with the public and service improvement initiatives. You will provide Customer Services via telephone, email, and face-to-face at Contact Warrington for a range of Council services including Council Tax, Business Rates, and Benefits. You will work with us in developing, expanding, and improving service delivery for our customers.
This Customer Service Advisor role in Contact Warrington is a fixed-term contract for 12 months, working 21 hours per week with flexible hours between 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

The ability to converse at ease with customers and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for this post.
