Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful first impression
Schedule service appointments and ensure all bookings are accurately maintained and communicated
Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of client and fleet records, including vehicle history and compliance data
Coordinate annual test bookings and compliance documentation (e.g., PSV inspections)
Issue and manage workshop job sheets, tracking progress through to job completion
Support the service team with administration and ensure timely completion of invoicing tasks
Conduct follow-up calls to customers regarding service updates, feedback, or contract renewals
Prepare maintenance service proposals and actively promote long-term support packages
Work alongside workshop supervisors to coordinate jobs and ensure smooth scheduling
Notify customers of additional repair needs and obtain approval for supplementary work
Finalise service reports and manage the return or delivery of vehicles, ensuring full transparency about the work completed
Previous experience in a customer-facing service or support role, ideally in the automotive or transport industry
Strong organisational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Comfortable using digital systems for booking, customer records, and reporting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations professionally
Full UK driving licence is essential
