Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the heartbeat of our customer interactions, providing exceptional service and support. Your daily activities will include:

• Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls: Connect with homeowners and internal teams to provide seamless communication.


• Processing Invoices and Managing Payments: Ensure smooth transactions and take care of card payments.


• Setting Up Direct Debits and Tailored Payment Plans: Help families manage their finances effectively.


• Investigating Account Discrepancies: Dive into queries and resolve discrepancies with efficiency.


• Supporting Families through Sensitive Estate Matters: Your compassion and understanding will make a significant impact during challenging times.


• Using Systems for Card Payments: Taking card payments
