Role: Customer Service Advisor – Bilingual (English + German)
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:45 – 17:00
Salary: £28,000 Per Annum
Work Environment: Fully Office Based

An established and growing company is seeking a Bilingual (German) Customer Services Advisor to join their busy Customer Services team. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position offering a salary of £28,000 per year.

You will support the Export and Customer Services Manager by processing sales orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth daily operations for both UK and international clients. Full training will be provided, and the role offers variety and long-term development opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Process sales orders accurately and on time
  • Answer non-technical customer inquiries
  • Liaise with the Sales Team to meet customer requirements
  • Maintain customer records, reserves, and standing orders
  • Provide bilingual support (English + German)
  • Use company accounting software for order and record management
  • Support ISO 9001 and GMP standards across department functions
  • Assist with stock control, including stock takes
  • Manage purchase orders and liaise with suppliers
  • Handle packaging stock levels
  • Investigate customer complaints and contribute to corrective actions
  • Support warehouse and dispatch teams as required
  • Carry out general administrative and support tasks as directed
Requirements
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
