The Travel Chapter Ltd is seeking a passionate Customer Service Advisor to provide excellent support to holiday planners. In this fixed-term role, you will answer queries, assist with bookings, and promote great travel experiences, ensuring a friendly and efficient service to customers.
Employment type: Fixed Term - until the end of September 2025
Location: Bideford/Norwich - office based
Work Pattern: 20 hours per week - evening and weekend shifts, 5 days per week across Monday-Sunday. 5-week rotation.

As a customer service advisor, you will be the friendly voice on the phone and an email response expert.
Using excellent listening and communication skills, you will assist customers with holiday queries and support them during their trip, whether helping find their next adventure, resolving booking issues, or offering advice.
