The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, friendly service and offering support on a wide range of banking products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional service, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
  • Recommend suitable banking products tailored to individual needs.
  • Support customers with tasks such as opening accounts, processing withdrawals, and updating details.
  • Complete transactions accurately while following compliance procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to ensure a positive, efficient branch environment.
About You
You're passionate about helping people and thrive in a busy, team-oriented setting.
Essential:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Minimum of 6 GCSEs (Grade C or above), including English and Maths.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and excellent time management.
Desirable:
  • Experience in banking or financial services is an advantage.
