Job description

VANRATH has partnered with one of Northern Ireland's most established Commercial Vehicle Dealerships. The organization is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor position.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual to join a longstanding company that offers many routes for progression.

Permanent role.

Place of work is Ballyclare.

Salary: Fully Negotiable + fantastic benefits, company pension scheme, etc.

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for customers, greeting them courteously and interpreting their requirements.
  • Generating, amending, and updating service schedules and sending reminders.
  • Managing vehicle and customer databases.
  • Booking PSV appointments.
  • Issuing workshop job cards and monitoring vehicle progress in the workshop.
  • Processing and closing workshop job cards and assisting with invoicing.
  • Making outbound sales and customer care calls, managing key customer relationships.
  • Creating maintenance contract quotes and selling maintenance contracts.
  • Liaising with the Workshop Foreman for job planning to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Contacting customers about additional work, providing accurate quotations to obtain approval.
  • Informing customers upon job completion, explaining work done, and arranging vehicle collection/delivery.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Full valid UK driving license.
