Duties and responsibilities of the Claims Support Advisor:

  • Providing an empathetic approach for all our customers by understanding their needs and putting yourself in their shoes
  • Resolving disputes with customers, consulting colleagues for advice when needed
  • Accurately recording information

Experience and knowledge required:
