Position: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: From £27,000 a year

About the Role

At National Lighting we sell everything to do with lighting. No matter how unique someone’s project, budget or taste, we are there to provide home/ commercial design inspiration with quick delivery and great service.

Having taken the industry by storm over 25 years ago, we are now expanding our team to meet increasing customer demand with a customer service advisor to start in January 2025.

Details:

HRS – 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday – earlier finish on Fridays

Mainly working from home but with regular meet ups with the team.

Main Duties

As a Customer Service Executive you will need to demonstrate:

  • A positive, happy and can-do attitude
  • Initiative and pride to look after YOUR customers and help your colleagues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own
  • Flexibility to pitch in and cover the workload at peak trading times.

We are looking for the new person to start with us in January 2025.

You will be given full training, a company laptop and the chance to join a great team.
