We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor's to join our team and be the voice of our brand on 12mth Fixed Term basis.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers - resolving queries, offering support, and making sure every interaction leaves them with a smile. Whether by phone, email or live chat, you'll ensure our customers receive top tier service every time

What will be your responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Provide accurate information on products, services and policies
  • Resolve customer complaints with empathy and patience
  • Log and track customer interactions using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences

This is a short term FTC contract of 12 months and therefore we are looking for applicants that can evidence working within a high call volume role.
