Job description

In the role you will be working within a fast-paced call centre environment, our client is seeking an individual who can provide a professional and friendly service to a number of key accounts via telephone and email.

You will be assisting in the vehicle reservation process, supporting vehicle rental queries, and resolving issues that arise.

Salary:£22,360

Hours:

  • Mon to Fri: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
  • One Saturday in every three: 8am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

  • Full vehicle rental management including processing of reservations, oversee vehicle delivery, through to vehicle collection, including customer aftercare
  • Deal with a high volume of inbound calls from customers
  • Process a high volume of reservations, discussing terms and conditions with customers whilst accurately completing data entry
  • Establish and maintain a good working relationship with colleagues and rental stations
  • Deliver against personal targets and support team in delivering against agreed service levels
  • Management of required daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Complete customer satisfaction call-backs following vehicle delivery
  • Any other ad hoc duties required
