A local council in Scotland is seeking a full-time Customer Service Advisor to join their Customer and Business Service team. The role involves managing customer calls, providing support for various services, and ensuring excellent service delivery under pressure. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be adaptable to meet business needs. This position offers hybrid working options and comprehensive training.
We invite applications for an exciting and varied role as a full-time (35 hours per week) Customer Service Advisor working within the busy Customer and Business Service team.
The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, the ability to multi-task and be flexible and be able to work under pressure. Your day will be varied from call handling and supporting a variety of GCC services.
Comprehensive training and continuous supervisory support will be provided.
