Job Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be handling inbound calls from potential new customers who would like to discuss the insurance policy's available with the business.

You will be building excellent relationships having consultative conversations to really get to know customers and their requirements to tailor the best package for them.

The role will be processing new sales from start to finish handling a range of queries along the way and providing the best customer experience.

The Successful Applicant

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds such as hospitality and retail

Confident telephone manner and excellent communication skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Passionate about helping and supporting customers

Driven and dedicated to customer experience

An excellent problem solver

A good team player
