We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist to join our BRAND NEW Accident Repair Centre in York. This will be our 37th site! The position is a high-profile role within the business. The post holder will ensure all customer vehicles are collected and delivered in an efficient, timely and professional manner and provide an exceptional standard of customer service at all times.
