Job summary

Screwfix Direct Ltd. in Yeovil is looking for a confident, motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our fast-paced contact centre on a permanent full-time or part-time basis.

Reporting to a Customer Service Manager, you will handle calls, emails and WhatsApp messages from Screwfix, business and trade customers, resolving post-sales queries and delivering the highest level of service. You will work a Monday to Friday rota 7:50am to 8:15pm with one weekend in every three weeks and start training

We are looking for a confident, motivated and people focused Customer Service Advisor to join our professional team of Customer Service experts on a permanent full time / part-time basis.

Reporting into a Customer Service Manager, the CSA role delivers the best possible service across multiple channels (calls, emails, and WhatsApp) and for different customer groups (Screwfix, business, and trade) to resolve post sales contact and giving the highest level of customer service as an ambassador of our business.

This position follows a Monday to Friday shift rota covering operating hours of 7:50am to 8:15pm, with a requirement to work one weekend day in every three-week period with a rest day during the week

Staff Start Date is the 7th December where you will be required to train for 4 weeks Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
