We are recruiting a Customer Service Adviser for a small family-run business near Woodstock. Our client is recognized as one of the most respected companies in their industry in the UK.
As part of a small team, you will provide support to customers and sales consultants, ensuring an efficient process from first contact to completion. Responsibilities include diary management, raising quotes, sales & purchase orders, and booking appointments.
Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will handle telephone enquiries and occasionally meet customers visiting the premises.
