Our soft drinks portfolio includes J2O, Robinsons, Tango, London Essence, and the UK license rights to Pepsi products like Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Ice Tea, and Rockstar Energy.

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor, reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader. This role is vital to our ongoing success and offers the opportunity to:

  • Deliver exceptional customer support with a friendly attitude
  • Communicate via inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails
  • Follow company procedures in customer interactions
  • Promote online digital applications to customers
  • Manage multiple customer situations effectively, ensuring accurate recording of information through online portals
