Job description

We are recruiting a Customer Service Adviser for a small family run business based near Woodstock. Our client is recognised as one of the most respected companies in their industry here in the UK.

Working as part of a small team you will help provide valuable support to customers and sales consultants within the business. The team work together to ensure an efficient process flow from first contact through to completion.

As Customer Service Adviser, you will carry out a range of duties such as diary management, raising quotes, sales & purchase orders & booking appointments.

Excellent customer service skills are essential as you will also receive and handle telephone enquiries and on occasion, meet customers visiting the premises.

You will possess strong organisational skills to meet the demands of a busy office, work effectively as part of a team & have good attention to detail.

This is an office-based role & our client will consider between 30-40 hours per week
