Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Hindley Green, Wigan (WN2)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Shifts: Monday- Friday 09:00 - 17:00
Contract Type: Temporary ongoing


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established company based in Hindley Green.

As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will be: -

  • Ensuring that Sales Orders are entered within the system within 24hrs of receipt. Ensuring careful attention is paid to delivery date, delivery address, products and sizes, pricing, and any special delivery/ manufacturing instructions.
  • Responding to customer enquiries and informing them of pricing and stock availability.
  • Liaise with the customer if there any issues with the order or to ensure that the order is clarified properly if information is missing.
  • Ensure that customers are kept up to date on the progress of their order and be proactive on informing the customers of any issues.


The successful Customer Service Advisor will have the following skills: -
  • Experience working with SAP would be preferable, although not essential
  • Excellent communication (including telephone) skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Be organised ensuring that each order is methodically dealt with.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
