Overview

Customer Service Advisor - £28,750 - Altrincham - Monday to Friday 9am-6pm Hybrid (WFH 2 days!) or condensed hours (40 hours over 4 days)

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound calls and emails from customers and dealing with their enquiries
• Understanding complex queries they have and solving any problems they may have
• Providing accurate information and ensuring that SLA's and guidelines are adhered to at all times
• Ensuring a smooth customer service experience for all clients

Requirements

• Experience in working in a phone based customer service role
• Experience of working in a fast environment where multi-tasking and working under pressure is the norm
• Someone who is customer service focussed with good written and verbal communication skills
