Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to assist customers with inquiries, complaints and feedback. You will report to the Customer Service Manager, provide product or service information, resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate customer records.

The role requires 7 on 3 off/7 on 4 off over a 3-week rolling rota, with a focus on empathy, problem-solving and reliable, punctual performance in a busy environment.

Qualifications

  • You must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy and patience in dealing with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Previous experience in customer service preferred.
  • Proactive and organised, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.

About The Role
